Physician Positions

SAA is committed to creating and offering rewarding employment opportunities for the ‘best and brightest.’ Quality, fairness, flexibility, effective and efficient business practices, and strong physician leadership have been guiding principles that have allowed SAA to thrive and prosper in one of the most competitive markets in the country. While the turnover rate of physicians at SAA is one-third of the national average, SAA typically hires at least one to two new physicians each year to accomodate retirements and expansion. We are open to hiring both new graduates and experienced clinicians. Unfortunately we are not able to sponsor J-1 Visa’s, and we do not work with recruiting firms.

    We are looking to expand our Southern Arizona Anesthesia CRNA family!

    Our collaborative care team model has the best work/life balance in Tucson. Our CRNA’s enjoy working with our awesome team of anesthesiologists doing a variety of cases that keep the job interesting. Anything and everything from Neuro trauma/ortho trauma/ B&B Gen surg/ GI and occasional regional. Our CRNA’s have a variety of skill sets that nurture our private practice group. We support and encourage the clinical growth of every CRNA and accommodate their interests with unconditional support from the entire anesthesia team.

      Support Staff Positions

      The operational and business aspects of our practice are managed by Administrative Specialists of Arizona (ASA); a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAA.  ASA’s employees take care of scheduling, billing, collections, bookkeeping, accounting, and physician licensure and staff applications. The employees of ASA have over 400 years of cumulative administrative, financial, and operational experience; unlike the high turnover rates usually seen with traditional billing services and medical practices, ASA employees have been with ASA for an average of 6-1/2 years.  Our Employees are treated well, and this is reflected in their job performance as well as their attitude towards customers, patients, and payers.
